Engineering and technical specialists of Energy Safety Group have experience at design institutes and nuclear power plants, performing a variety of engineering works, ranging from design documentation development and ending with work on safety analysis of nuclear power plants using modern computing codes.

What will you do with us:
- Conclusion, support, monitoring of the implementation of contracts in the field of providing services for the development of design and estimate documentation (PKD) (general contract, subcontract, performance of work, etc.).
- Work with contractual terms: terms, volumes, responsibility, payment, claims work.
What we expect from you:
- Experience working with contracts
- Knowledge of design and estimate documentation:
- Understanding the structure, content and composition of the PKD.
- Experience coordinating the PKD development process - from technical specifications to approval.
- Interaction with project organizations and technical specialists.
Scope:
- Experience working with energy infrastructure facilities (electrical networks, substations, energy facilities, etc.).
- Knowledge of the specifics of regulatory and permitting documentation in the energy sector.
Knowledge of the regulatory framework:
- DBN, DSTU, Law "On Public Procurement", other acts regulating contractual and project activities.
- Experience in participating in tenders or preparing documentation for participation in public procurement will be an advantage.
Document management and reporting:
- Contract management, deadline control, acknowledgment, approval of changes.
- Generating reports for management on the status of contract implementation.
Interaction with counterparties:
- Negotiations with customers, contractors, designers.
- Coordination of controversial issues, control over the fulfillment of obligations under contracts.
Software skills:
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD, estimating programs (AVK, IRC, AS-4 and others) is desirable.

What will you do with us:
- Providing technical support to users (office employees) on issues related to working with computers and office equipment.
- Basic setup and installation of Windows 10/11 operating systems and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
