Engineering and technical specialists of Energy Safety Group have experience at design institutes and nuclear power plants, performing a variety of engineering works, ranging from design documentation development and ending with work on safety analysis of nuclear power plants using modern computing codes.

About the role:
Full cycle of contract support in the field of development of design and estimate documentation (DED) for energy infrastructure facilities. Work in a leading company in the nuclear energy market.
Your tasks:
- Contract work: Conclusion, support and monitoring of contracts (general contract, subcontract); work with terms, volumes, payments and claims.
- DED coordination: Support of the documentation development process - from the technical specifications to the final approval.
- Interaction: Negotiations with customers, designers and technical specialists; coordination of controversial issues.
- Document flow: Control of deadlines, approval, approval of changes and generation of reports for management on the status of project implementation.
- Tender activities: Preparation of documentation for participation in public procurement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Working with contracts in the energy sector (electrical networks, substations, etc.).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the structure and composition of the PKD; knowledge of regulatory and permitting documentation in the energy sector.
- Regulatory framework: Knowledge of DBN, DSTU, the Law "On Public Procurement" and other acts regulating project activities.
- Software skills: Confident user of MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimate programs (AVK, IRC, AS-4) will be a significant advantage.
- Personal qualities: Ability to negotiate and monitor the fulfillment of obligations by counterparties.

Your tasks:
- HR strategy and processes: Development, implementation and improvement of key people management processes.
- Recruitment: Full hiring cycle, including complex and niche roles.
