• Proven working experience (typically 2-5+ years) in a project engineering, project management, or a related technical role in engineering for power industry projects.
• Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles relevant to the industry.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues and project challenges.
• Understanding of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Key Responsibilities of Project Manager are:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Establish clear project objectives and success criteria.

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams (engineers, designers, specialists, etc.).
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage critical path activities.
