What will you do with us:
- Conclusion, support, monitoring of the implementation of contracts in the field of providing services for the development of design and estimate documentation (PKD) (general contract, subcontract, performance of work, etc.).
- Work with contractual terms: terms, volumes, responsibility, payment, claims work.
What we expect from you:
- Experience working with contracts
- Knowledge of design and estimate documentation:
- Understanding the structure, content and composition of the PKD.
- Experience coordinating the PKD development process - from technical specifications to approval.
- Interaction with project organizations and technical specialists.
Scope:
- Experience working with energy infrastructure facilities (electrical networks, substations, energy facilities, etc.).
- Knowledge of the specifics of regulatory and permitting documentation in the energy sector.
Knowledge of the regulatory framework:
- DBN, DSTU, Law "On Public Procurement", other acts regulating contractual and project activities.
- Experience in participating in tenders or preparing documentation for participation in public procurement will be an advantage.
Document management and reporting:
- Contract management, deadline control, acknowledgment, approval of changes.
- Generating reports for management on the status of contract implementation.
Interaction with counterparties:
- Negotiations with customers, contractors, designers.
- Coordination of controversial issues, control over the fulfillment of obligations under contracts.
Software skills:
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD, estimating programs (AVK, IRC, AS-4 and others) is desirable.

What will you do with us:
- Providing technical support to users (office employees) on issues related to working with computers and office equipment.
- Basic setup and installation of Windows 10/11 operating systems and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of typical hardware and software PC malfunctions.
- Basic setup of network equipment (routers, Wi-Fi).
- Working with task management systems (Wrike, Trello or similar) to register and control applications.
- Compliance with cybersecurity rules: data storage control, backup, work with antiviruses.
- Control and accounting of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Willingness to quickly learn and master new tools and company systems.
What we expect from you:
Education and Experience:
- Education: Secondary (we also consider students who are ready to work full/part-time).
- Work experience: No experience or up to 1 year (willingness to learn is important, not a diploma).
- Language skills: Pre-Intermediate (A2) or higher English level is desirable (for working with technical documentation).
Required skills and knowledge (Hard Skills):
- Operating systems: Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Networks: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN principles; basic router and Wi-Fi configuration.
- Hardware: Basic skills in assembling a PC, connecting peripherals, diagnosing faults.
- Software and services: Installation and configuration of office suites (MS Office, Google Workspace), understanding of cloud technologies (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Security: Knowledge of the basics of cybersecurity (passwords, backups, antivirus).
- Task management systems: Basic understanding of Wrike, Trello, Asana or similar.
Important personal qualities (Soft Skills):
- Curiosity and interest in technology, quick learning.
- Ability to calmly respond to technical difficulties, seek and find solutions to problems.
- Sociability and willingness to help colleagues.
- Punctuality, accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and desire to develop in the IT field.
