PARTICIPATION OF ENERGY SAFETY GROUP IN THE BOARD MEETING OF THE UKRAINIAN NUCLEAR SOCIETY
On June 21, 2024, a regular meeting of the Board of the Ukrainian Nuclear Society was held with the participation of Oleksandr Mazurok, PhD, General Director of ENERGY SAFETY GROUP LLC and Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Nuclear Society (UkrNS).
The Board discussed the establishment of separate subdivisions of UkrNS on the basis of the Department of Nuclear Energy of the Educational and Research Institute of Nuclear and Thermal Energy of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, on the basis of the affiliate Separate Subdivision “Atomprojectengineering” of NNEGC “Energoatom”, as well as on the basis of “E.O. Paton Institute of Electric Welding” of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The results of the analytical study “Impact of War on the Ukrainian and European Landscape of Nuclear Research, Development and Innovation” were presented, the VI International Conference “Prospects for the Introduction of Innovations in Nuclear Energy” was discussed, and the work of the Women’s Scientific and Analytical Section and international activities of UkrNS were considered.
