THE NPHyCo PROJECT HAS LAUNCHED THE UKRAINIAN VERSION OF ITS WEBSITE

At the initiative and active participation of Energy Safety Group, the Nuclear Powered Hydrogen Cogeneration (NPHyCo) project has launched a Ukrainian version of its website. From now on, you can learn more about the EU NPHyCo research project on hydrogen production from nuclear energy, funded under the Euratom Research and Training Program, by following the link: https://nphyco.org.ua/

The NPHyCo project aims to explore the potential for the development of large-scale low-carbon hydrogen production facilities associated with nuclear power plants. The project assessed the feasibility of hydrogen production near an operating nuclear power plant, calculated its added value, and considered potential locations where a pilot project could be implemented.

The sites of Rivne and Khmelnytskyi NPPs are considered as one of the possible locations.
