LEADERSHIP THROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND PARTNERSHIP: YOUNG SPECIALISTS FROM ES GROUP EUROPE VISITED PRODUCTION FACILITIES OF CZECH LEADERS IN THE NUCLEAR INDUSTRY
Effective leadership in complex engineering projects requires two things: a team of world-class experts and reliable technology partners. ES Group Europe is actively developing both areas by organizing educational excursions for its young professionals to the production sites of Czech nuclear industry leaders, such as ŠKODA JS, DOOSAN ŠKODA POWER, and ZAT.
The visit program included tours to production workshops where reactor equipment, turbines, and automated process control systems for nuclear power plants are manufactured. Participants learned about modern technologies for producing reactor equipment and turbines, as well as the testing of innovative solutions.
In addition to the technical aspect, the program included meetings with company management and leading engineers, allowing for discussions on current production approaches, future nuclear energy development trends, and specific aspects of joint project implementation.
For new employees and students, this was an important opportunity to better understand the scope of operations of leading Czech companies that have shaped the foundation of European nuclear energy for decades.
